Privacy notice
Last updated 18 August 2026
This notice explains what personal information QuasarLogic L.L.C-FZ ("QuasarLogic", "we") collects when you visit this website or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
QuasarLogic L.L.C-FZ is a free-zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at info@quasarlogic.tech.
What we collect
Browsing this site
This is a static website. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we do not share what you do here with advertising networks. Our web server keeps standard request logs — including IP address, request time, page requested, and browser user-agent — which we use to operate and secure the site.
We measure how the site is used with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we run on our own server rather than a third-party service. It sets no cookies and does not follow you across other websites, so there is nothing here for you to consent to or dismiss. It records aggregate information about visits — the page viewed, the site that referred you, and general details such as browser, operating system, device type and country. That data stays on our server and is not sold or shared.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key ql-theme. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Booking a call
Our booking page at book.quasarlogic.tech runs on scheduling software we host on our own server. When you book, we collect your name, email address, time zone, and anything you choose to write in the booking notes.
We use that information to:
- confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointment;
- place the appointment on our calendar so the time is reserved; and
- prepare for and hold the call.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
Who else handles this information
We keep the number of third parties small and deliberate. Those involved are:
- Zoho — our email and calendar provider. Booking confirmations are sent through Zoho's mail servers, and confirmed appointments (including your name and email) are written to our Zoho calendar.
- Jitsi — the video service used for calls. Joining a call connects you to the Jitsi meeting service; we do not record calls.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is held, and for how long
Booking records and their database live on our own server. Because we work with clients internationally, your information may be accessed from, or stored in, countries other than the one you live in — including the United Arab Emirates.
We keep booking records and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, run any engagement that follows, and meet our record-keeping obligations. When they are no longer needed for those purposes, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it, or object to a particular use. To do any of that, email info@quasarlogic.tech and tell us what you would like. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.
Cancelling an appointment through the link in your confirmation email removes it from our calendar. If you would also like the underlying booking record deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice and change the date at the top.
